They Paid, But Never Saw the Project: Checkatrade Disaster.

My rundown with Checkatrade was a complete shambles. I hired a trader through their platform to handle some essential home repairs. They appeared trustworthy at first, but it turned out a horrendous ordeal.

Even though I sent the full amount upfront, the work completely vanished into thin air. Contact became impossible. It's been a truly agonizing period, and I'm still left with unfinished repairs.

The platform itself has been unhelpful throughout this whole process. They laughed at my plight. It feels like I've been taken advantage of.
